About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our Zip AI team. This role focuses on bringing AI-powered automation to life for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer requirements and serve as a trusted advisor
- →Lead technical discovery to map customer workflows and design agent architectures
- →Build and optimize AI agents by configuring workflows and refining prompts
- →Own integrations between Zip AI agents and customer systems
- →Drive successful implementations end-to-end
- →Enable customer teams to manage and improve their agents
- →Gather insights on customer deployments and deliver feedback to Product and Engineering
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
- ✓Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered solutions
- ✓Strong technical credibility and experience with integration architecture
- ✓Track record of managing enterprise customer engagements
- ✓Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts
