About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM (Temp) to join ZipRecruiter's team. This role involves driving growth and success for our GTM teams by partnering with hiring managers and building strong candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles
- →Utilize direct sourcing strategies to engage both passive and active candidates
- →Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for hiring teams and a seamless experience for candidates
- →Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- →Support additional projects as needed
Requirements
- ✓Based in the Los Angeles or Phoenix metropolitan area, with the ability to work from one of our offices on occasion
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- ✓2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience in a search firm or corporate environment, ideally within the tech industry
- ✓Proven ability to hire for GTM roles ranging from entry level to senior manager positions
- ✓Demonstrated success in managing a high volume of diverse requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Proficiency with Google Suite, Greenhouse and GoodTime
- ✓Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems independently while building strong relationships
- ✓Collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
