About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven ZKTeco CCTV Product Manager to lead sales growth, product promotion, and market development in the Panama market. You will be the key link between our cutting-edge CCTV solutions and our clients, responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and providing expert product guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• →Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets according to the company's market strategy and performance plans
• →Identify and approach potential customers through industry events, online research, and business databases
• →Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their systems operate smoothly and that any issues are resolved quickly
• →Present and demonstrate ZKTeco CCTV solutions tailored to client needs
• →Prepare customized sales proposals to win cooperation and close deals
• →Participate in bidding processes from preparing technical and commercial documents to bid defense and progress follow-up
• →Act as the product expert, providing technical guidance and solution design support to clients and internal teams
• →Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and pricing in the security sector
• →Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to improve features, integration capabilities, and service quality
