About the Role

We are Zocks, an AI startup transforming financial services and other security-focused industries. We're seeking a proactive Senior Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for software engineering and other IT positions
→Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring
→Organize recruitment events and strengthen employer branding
→Drive employer branding activities on social media
→Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment with business objectives
→Utilize various sourcing methods to build diverse candidate pipelines
→Maintain applicant tracking systems and stay informed about recruitment trends

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with proven success in IT hiring
✓Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian
✓Experience in employer branding initiatives and event organization
✓Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
✓Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
