About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager for the Scoring squad at ZOE. This role involves serving as the technical anchor for your squad, bridging the gap between complex research and a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the professional development of 3 engineers, including weekly 1:1 sessions, quarterly check-ins, and bi-yearly performance reviews
- →Work closely with a Product Manager and Product Designer to shape the roadmap
- →Lead system design and technical roadmap for the Scoring domain
- →Participate regularly in code reviews to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing
- →Act as the technical point of contact for Nutrition Science and Data Science teams
Requirements
