About the Role
We are looking for an SMB / Mid-Market New Business Account Executive to drive the company’s growth through strategic engagement with medium-sized organizations. This role focuses on understanding the unique challenges and needs of SMB and mid-market clients, crafting customized solutions that deliver substantial value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients within the SMB and mid-market space
- →Develop a deep understanding of the specific challenges related to prospects go-to-market efforts
- →Manage sophisticated sales cycles that range from two weeks to six months
- →Employ a structured yet flexible sales approach that can adapt to various buying processes and timelines
- →Lead negotiations for deals ranging from $15k to over $100k
- →Navigate contract complexities to close deals efficiently
- →Engage and align multiple stakeholders within client organizations
- →Utilize excellent communication skills to articulate the value of solutions
- →Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales outcomes
- →Prospect into key target accounts to create new opportunities
- →Collaboratively share best practices across the team
- →Leverage CRM tools to track and analyze sales activities
- →Continuously gather intelligence on market trends
- →Contribute strategic insights to the sales and marketing teams
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in prospecting and self-sourcing opportunities
- ✓Demonstrated experience in managing complex sales cycles within the mid-market sector
- ✓Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- ✓Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
- ✓Proficiency in CRM and sales forecasting tools
