About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team at zooplus. This role focuses on building and evolving internal applications that support corporate users in managing replenishment and operational purchasing processes across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain backend services using modern Java/Kotlin technologies
- →Collaborate with Product Owners and team members to design solutions that meet business needs
- →Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment processes
- →Help ensure the reliability and performance of applications used by internal stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Solid backend development experience
- ✓Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- ✓Experience with Kotlin, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- ✓Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- ✓Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and infrastructure as code with Terraform
- ✓Experience with databases such as Oracle DB and PostgreSQL
- ✓Understanding of containerization with Kubernetes and Docker
- ✓Familiarity with monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus
- ✓Basic Python knowledge is a plus
