About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to join the Human-AI Experience (HAI) team at Zoox. As we prepare for commercial service and expand our operations, this role will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and delivery of features and capabilities for one or more domains within HAI, focusing on creating thoughtful experiences that make the complexities of autonomous vehicles fade into the background for riders and road users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop end-to-end experiences across rider interfaces, backend software, operator tools, and processes
- →Shape product vision, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with Zoox’s strategic objectives
- →Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
- →Navigate ambiguity and deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic environment
- →Utilize data, research, and market insights to guide product strategies
- →Integrate user research and market analysis into product requirements
- →Lead cross-functional product development from concept to launch
- →Coordinate with various teams to define product requirements and manage resources
- →Deliver high-impact products that provide measurable value
- →Develop and analyze metrics to gauge product success
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in product management and delivery
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ✓Demonstrated success managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
- ✓Strong understanding of systems thinking and/or service design
- ✓Experience leading discussions around technology tradeoffs and product strategy
- ✓Experience with agile software development and scrum methodology
