About the Role
Zoox is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help shape, build, and scale our organization. This role will manage a diverse set of roles within artificial intelligence and software, working closely with hiring managers and owning the entire recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
- →Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
- →Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership
- →Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams
- →Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)
- ✓Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
- ✓Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
- ✓Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- ✓Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques
