About the Role
We are looking for an experienced System Integration Test Engineer to join our Vehicle System Integration organization. This technical leadership role focuses on ensuring seamless integration of all vehicle systems for our Robotaxi Service Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop test strategy and plan for end-to-end system integration to validate system behavior and interdependencies
- →Define metrics and roadmap for system integration function and robustness for Motion, Body and EE Architecture Domains
- →Identify integration risks early on and work with system, firmware, and hardware engineers to define integration test plans
- →Act as a subject matter expert for testing and integration in core domains - Motion Controls, Body Systems, or Electrical & Electronic (EE) Systems
- →Establish best practices for test plan development using data-driven approaches
- →Lead cross-functional resolution forums to address complex system integration issues
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- ✓At least 15 years of experience in Vehicle Integration or System development
- ✓Proven track record of delivering function robustness in Motion Controls, Body Systems, or EE Systems
- ✓Expertise with automotive vehicle development processes and systems engineering lifecycle
- ✓Extensive hands-on experience with vehicle-level testing, instrumentation, and data analysis
- ✓Experience in developing SFMEA
- ✓Proficiency in technical problem-solving methodologies like Six Sigma, Shainin RedX, and 5Why
- ✓Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts
