About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the successful deployment and integration of AI tools for US enterprise clients. This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of the AI revolution, bridging the gap between sophisticated AI technology and real-world business value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary technical interface between US Business stakeholders, internal developers, and external SI firms, translating complex business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
- →Lead the end-to-end integration of Channel Talk’s AI-powered features within the complex IT ecosystems of US enterprise clients.
- →Understand the technical ecosystem of enterprise clients (APIs, Database structures, Legacy systems) to ensure seamless integration and maximize utility of Channel Talk.
- →Balance the long-term product vision with immediate market demands, ensuring localized feedback from the US market is reflected in the global product strategy.
- →Lead collaborations with SI partners for account-specific implementations, translating custom client requirements into technical specs and overseeing the end-to-end implementation process.
- →Identify generalizable needs among US enterprise clients and design scalable features that enhance our core product.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in IT Project Management with a proven track record of defining PRDs and leading the product lifecycle.
- ✓Solid understanding of modern software structures (APIs, SaaS) and a deep interest/understanding of AI-powered workflows.
- ✓Exceptional communication and proactivity skills, with the ability to drive rational consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- ✓Customer-driven mindset, able to empathize with enterprise-level pain points and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- ✓Professional fluency in both English and Korean is mandatory.
