About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our Product Management team at Zscaler, a global leader in zero trust security. This role involves providing technical instruction on Zscaler products and solutions to a diverse audience including customers, partners, and participants in the Cyber Academic Alliance program.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver high-impact technical instruction on Zscaler products and solutions to a diverse audience including customers, partners, and Cyber Academic Alliance participants
- →Configure and troubleshoot complex Zscaler training environments, including the Zero Trust Exchange Platform and Cloud Protection (ZCP) solutions
- →Drive operational efficiency by managing class rosters, tracking attendance, and analyzing post-class survey data
- →Provide expert support and technical assistance to students to ensure successful learning outcomes
- →Partner with content teams to review new courseware and rigorously test hands-on training exercises
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in technical training
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a technology major with a minor in communications, or equivalent technical/communications certifications
- ✓Excellent oral, written, analytical, and organizational skills
- ✓Demonstrated capability to work independently and as an effective team contributor
- ✓High attention to detail with the ability to tailor technical training to a variety of target audiences
