About the Role
We are looking for a Mac/iOS Developer to join Zscaler's team in Bellevue, WA. As a key driver on the Mobile team, you will develop cross-platform client applications for MacOS and iOS that securely steer traffic to the world's largest cloud security platform. Your technical expertise will enable organizations worldwide to harness speed and agility through a cloud-first strategy, directly impacting a global footprint of over 65 million users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop high-performance Mac and iOS applications and frameworks that serve as the gateway to our global cloud security platform
- →Partner with product managers to translate complex requirements and design mockups into clean, high-quality code
- →Take accountability for the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications to ensure a seamless user experience
- →Uphold and evolve engineering excellence by maintaining rigorous code quality, standards, and automation practices
- →Act as a technical point of escalation to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues with speed and precision
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of professional software development experience specializing in Objective C, SWIFT, or C++
- ✓Deep technical understanding of the Mac networking stack, networking protocols, and modern architectural design patterns
- ✓Proven experience working with RESTful APIs, offline storage, multi-threading, and performance tuning
- ✓Extensive knowledge of the Mac/iOS ecosystem and the standard libraries used for common engineering tasks
- ✓Demonstrated ability to translate product requirements into high-quality, scalable technical solutions
