About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Program Manager - Cloud Infrastructure Services to join Zscaler's Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure Services department. This role will drive technical program management for cloud and data center operations, bridging the gap between infrastructure engineering and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage the entire project lifecycle by developing project charters, planning activities, and tracking milestones to closure
→Provide management-level visibility and reporting on project status, risks, and information to ensure transparency
→Develop and refine processes, program templates, and documentation to scale the organization
→Coordinate cross-functional communication between system engineers, sales, and product teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
→Effectively utilize project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and dashboards to maintain operational excellence

Requirements

✓8+ years of technical program management experience in networking, cloud operations, infrastructure, or data center technologies
✓Proven ability to collaborate effectively with VP-level stakeholders and navigate executive-level communications
✓Experience working collaboratively across organizations with strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
✓Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
✓Active U.S. citizenship
