About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist to join our Product Management team at Zscaler, a global leader in zero trust security. This role involves providing technical instruction on Zscaler products and solutions to a diverse audience, including customers, partners, and participants in the Cyber Academic Alliance program.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide technical instruction on Zscaler products and solutions to a diverse audience, including customers, partners, and Cyber Academic Alliance participants
- →Configure and troubleshoot Zscaler training environments, including the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange Platform, Cloud Protection (ZCP) solutions, and general network connectivity
- →Manage class rosters, track attendance, and collect post-class surveys
- →Provide support and assistance to students as needed
- →Review and provide feedback for new courseware and test hands-on training exercises
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in technical training
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a technology major with a minor in communications, or equivalent technical/communications certifications
- ✓Excellent oral, written, analytical, and organizational skills
- ✓Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- ✓Detail-oriented with the ability to tailor training to the target audience
