About the Role
Zuora, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to lead and contribute to medium-to-large feature development releases. This role involves designing and developing global search services, overseeing application build system migration, and working with large-scale data volumes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead or significantly contribute to medium-to-large feature development releases
- →Lead design and development tasks considering scale, uncertainty, trade-off analysis, and dependencies
- →Participate in design review processes, seeking and providing feedback
- →Contribute to defining strategic direction and planning the roadmap
- →Collaborate with stakeholders including customers, product managers, and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or Systems, or a related field
- ✓7 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a related occupation
- ✓7 years of experience with centralized metadata repository design and development
- ✓7 years of experience architecting and implementing global search services
- ✓7 years of experience overseeing application build system migration
- ✓7 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL
- ✓7 years of experience with Elastisearch
- ✓7 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL pipelines
- ✓7 years of experience with Kafka and ETL
- ✓7 years of experience with Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD
- ✓7 years of experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
