The Hanging House is looking for a Freelance 3D Designer! This role is for someone who loves turning ideas into immersive visual worlds. Someone who can take a concept, a brief, or even a rough thought and bring it to life through strong spatial thinking, detail, and design that people can feel. You’ll thrive if you can: 🧠 Translate ideas and briefs into strong 3D visualizations, from early sketches to polished renders. 🛠️ Work confidently in 3ds Max and Unreal Engine as core tools in your design process. ✨ Build high quality 3D models, textures, and materials that feel thoughtful, realistic, and experience led. 🎭 Use design as a storytelling tool, creating visuals that communicate emotion, atmosphere, and intent. 🔍 Stay curious, research well, and bring references, trends, and fresh thinking into the work. 🤝 Collaborate closely with creative, design, and project teams to shape concepts and refine outcomes. 🗣️ Take feedback well, participate in reviews, and keep improving the work until it lands right. 🎯 Care deeply about the details while never losing sight of the bigger story. ⚡ Stay adaptable and hands on, thriving in fast moving, deadline driven environments.
