I need someone who is fast, reliable, and highly skilled in SketchUp and Lumion. 💰 Compensation (Flat Rate) I am looking for a partner comfortable with the following project-based rates: $50 USD per CAD project (2D Layouts/Plans) $50 USD per SketchUp Model (3D geometry/structure) $15 USD per Lumion Render (High-quality stills) 🛠 The Work Modeling pools, spas, patios, and outdoor kitchens. Creating realistic environments in Lumion (landscaping, lighting, water textures). Working from my hand sketches, CAD markups, and reference photos. 🤝 What I’m Looking For Software Mastery: You must be proficient in SketchUp and Lumion. Attention to Detail: Clean modeling habits (organized layers/groups). Professionalism: Clear communication and the ability to meet deadlines.
