Account Manager, Translations & Communications

Ethnolink is growing, and we’re looking for an Account Manager, Translations & Communications to join our high-performing team. This role suits someone with experience in a translation or communications agency who enjoys building strong client relationships, advising on tailored solutions, and working towards clear targets. Whilst experience is preferred, we’re open to applications from fresh graduates and early-career professionals through to those with 3–5 years’ experience in account management or sales within the translations or communications industry. In this role, you’ll work closely with government, not-for-profit, and corporate clients, scoping translation and communications projects, preparing quotes and proposals, and setting up clear, effective handovers to our Production team to support successful project delivery.
