AI + Backend Engineer

I want people who actually care about what they're building, two engineers who'll own the tech like it's their own. The first role is an AI + Backend Engineer. You'll basically be the brain behind the engine, designing the AI, setting up data pipelines, and keeping the infrastructure solid. If you're the kind of person who gets genuinely excited about how systems think, you'll fit right in. The second is a Flutter Full-Stack Developer. Less about logic, more about feel. I need someone who loses sleep over animations that are 2ms too slow and can make a UI feel alive. You'll own everything from the interface to the integration.
