🚀 We’re Hiring: Freelance AI Engineer (Healthcare – Europe only) 🚀 Are you passionate about building AI that makes a real difference in healthcare? We’re looking for an AI Engineer to help bring machine learning models from research into production - creating tools that save doctors time, reduce burnout and improve patient care. The ideal candidate is Dutch speaking and able to come on-site in North Holland. In this role, you’ll: 💡 Deploy large language models and speech systems for clinical use 💡 Own AI features end-to-end, from model design to deployment and monitoring 💡 Collaborate with product, ops and medical teams to translate feedback into smarter AI 💡 Build scalable, secure and responsible ML infrastructure We’re looking for someone with: ✅ 3+ years in NLP or speech AI systems in production ✅ Strong Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face experience ✅ Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment ✅ Passion for ethical, user-focused AI in healthcare If you or someone in your network might be a great fit, let’s connect!
