This is a remote opportunity. 💥 Key Responsibilities • Produce video and image content across digital, social, web, campaigns, and internal channels. • Apply generative AI tools for video, image, motion, voice, and visual effects. • Lead AI-assisted ideation, scripting, storyboarding, and pre-visualization. • Refine AI outputs through prompt engineering, editing, and human creative judgment. • Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve speed, quality, and scalability. • Partner with creative directors, designers, and video specialists. • Ensure storytelling, visuals, and motion align with brand guidelines. • Maintain high production quality while meeting aggressive turnaround times. • Adapt content for multi-format, multi-platform, and multi-region use. • Automate repetitive tasks such as resizing, versioning, subtitling, and basic edits. • Establish reusable templates, prompts, and production frameworks. • Ensure ethical and compliant use of AI (copyright, licensing, bias, data privacy). • Define best practices and guardrails for AI-generated video and images. ________________________________________ 💥 Required Skills & Qualifications • 6 years of experience in video, image, or multimedia production. • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools for video and imagery. • Strong understanding of end-to-end video production and post-production workflows. • Expertise with editing and motion tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. • Strong storytelling, visual judgment, and problem-solving skills.
