🚀 We’re Hiring: AI Lead Developer (Generative AI / Agentic AI) 📍 Location: Mirabel, Montreal (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) 🏢 Client: Airbus 📅 Duration: 6+ Months (High possibility of extension) 🧑‍💻 Seniority: Senior / Lead (Hands-on Technical Leader) 🗣 Language: English (Bilingual French preferred) 🎯 Role Objective Lead the design, development, and industrialization of enterprise-grade Generative AI & Agentic AI solutions in a global high-tech environment. Own the full lifecycle: PoC → MVP → Production, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and governance. 🔧 Key Responsibilities 🏗 Technical Architecture & Leadership • Design scalable GenAI/Agentic AI architectures (RAG, orchestration, guardrails, tool/function calling) • Balance performance, cost, latency, and compliance • Produce architecture artifacts & technical decision logs ⚙ Hands-on Delivery (Prototype → Production) • Build production-ready GenAI APIs & microservices • Implement data ingestion, embeddings, chunking & indexing pipelines • Establish evaluation frameworks, regression testing & model versioning 🚀 LLMOps & Platform Engineering • Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing gates & deployment strategies • Enable monitoring, observability, logging & operational runbooks • Ensure SLOs, resiliency & cost optimization 🔐 Security & Responsible AI • PII protection, access control, audit logging • Prompt injection mitigation & safety guardrails • Governance & compliance alignment 🤝 Collaboration & Mentorship • Work cross-functionally with product, security & architecture teams • Mentor engineers and guide global delivery standards ✅ Required Experience ✔ 8+ years in software engineering ✔ 2+ years hands-on GenAI / LLM solution delivery ✔ At least one GenAI solution deployed to production ✔ Strong coding in Python (Java/Go/TypeScript is a plus) ✔ Deep knowledge of RAG, embeddings, prompt lifecycle, agentic workflows ✔ Cloud-native expertise (Containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, Observability) ✔ Availability to work onsite in Mirabel (3 days/week mandatory) ⭐ Preferred Skills ➕ Hands-on experience with GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, IAM) ➕ Experience with Vector Databases / Enterprise Search ➕ Exposure to Classical AI/ML for hybrid systems ➕ Experience in regulated or high-security enterprise environments 📢 Important Eligibility Criteria ⚠ Only candidates with one of the following will be considered: • 🇨🇦 Canadian Citizen • 🏠 Permanent Resident (PR) • 🛂 Open Work Permit Holder 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume, expected hourly rate, visa status, and LinkedIn profile. 📝 How to Apply  👉 DM me directly on LinkedIn if you are interested and meet the mandatory requirements.  📧 Required documents and next steps will be shared via direct message. #Hiring #AIJobs #GenerativeAI #AgenticAI #LLM #RAG #GCP #VertexAI #Kubernetes #MontrealJobs #TechLeadership #AIEngineering #CanadaJobs
