Responsibilities: Define and manage the AI product backlog in line with business and regulatory needs. Translate business problems into structured AI requirements. Prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions. Ensure clear and consistent communication across teams and with stakeholders. Monitor KPIs and gather user feedback to guide product improvements. Track and report on product features to create real business value. Support change management and adoption initiatives. Requirements: 5–12 years of experience in product ownership or digital product delivery. Strong AI/ML knowledge with experience managing AI/ML teams. Experience in product roadmaps, backlogs, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business audiences.
