Responsibilities: * Observe and learn about the implementation and integration of AI-powered solutions into our tech support operations. * Write content using AI. * Participate in discussions and research related to AI for tech support. * Contribute to the development of training materials for AI. Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a degree in Tech or any related field. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Preference for candidates with Chinese language proficiency * Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. * Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
