Job Title: Freelance AI Trainer Job Company: MINDTEL Location: Spain, Remote Job Description: Exciting opportunity to collaborate with a global AI project! MINDTEL is seeking detail-oriented, analytical, and multilingual professionals to support the development and enhancement of cutting-edge AI/LLM models. This is a short-term, freelance project conducted entirely remotely. The core goal is to train AI models across various linguistic nuances and data types.Key responsibilities for the AI Trainer role include performing accurate data annotation and labeling for AI/LLM training datasets, alongside writing and refining high-quality prompts, Q&A content, and detailed explanatory content. Furthermore, you will be tasked with evaluating AI-generated outputs rigorously for accuracy, tone, and logical coherence. Successful candidates must be able to identify inconsistencies within the models and provide constructive corrective feedback, followed by revising content based on input from Quality Assurance or clients. Payment for this role is processed hourly. Job Requirements: • Strong written communication skills in English and native fluency in Spanish (Spain). • Perform data annotation & labeling for AI/LLM training datasets accurately. • Write and refine high-quality prompts, Q&A, and explanatory content. • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, tone, and logical consistency. • Identify inconsistencies in AI models and provide detailed corrective feedback. • Revise content based on feedback from Quality Assurance or client inputs. • Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred). • Ability to follow structured project guidelines precisely. • Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs). • Successful completion of the LLM Evaluation Assessment and Pearson Versant English Test (C1 & above).
