Lead and Senior AI/ML Developer

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
12-15 years of experience in software architecture, cloud platforms, or enterprise IT, with 3–5 years focused on AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Deep understanding of Cloud‑native architectures (Microservices, serverless, containers, Kubernetes), Distributed systems, scalable APIs, and event‑driven design, Modern AI/ML stacks, vector databases, and embedding‑based retrieval.
At least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related AI services.
Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is preferred.
Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Elastic search) and semantic search.
Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.) and agentic patterns.
Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP BTP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or similar) and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, messaging, ESB).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing and implementing Business AI / GenAI solutions for industries such as BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, or retail.
Familiarity with Azure AI services, or equivalent AI‑enabled enterprise platforms.
Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) or AI/ML (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty).
Experience in LLMOps/MLOps tooling and model lifecycle governance.
Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments, defining build‑vs‑buy strategies, and driving AI adoption from concept to production.
