- Hold (or be in at least their penultimate year of) their degree from a top animation/arts uni OR have a history of delivering projects for high-profile brands/animation studios
- Have a unique style - no Memphis corporate around here!
- Be able to commit over the next two weeks to a time-sensitive project involving hand-drawn illustrations
