Automation Engineer

Job Description: QE / SDET (Automation Engineer) Location: Issaquah, WA (fully Onsite) Project Duration: 12+ Months Experience: 10+ Years C2C/W2 (SDET, with Playwright, JUnit, and Automation scripting experience) Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer (SDET) with strong experience in test automation, scripting, and modern testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality software delivery across web applications. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright Write and execute test scripts for UI, API, and end-to-end testing Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit Perform functional, regression, and performance testing Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams Identify, log, and track defects through resolution Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and documentation Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies Required Skills Strong experience as SDET / QA Automation Engineer Hands-on experience with Playwright (Must Have) Strong proficiency in Java + JUnit Experience in automation scripting Experience with API testing (Postman/Rest Assured) Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) Familiarity with Agile methodology Preferred Skills Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber) Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, etc.) Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience with Docker / Kubernetes Thanks & Regards   Ravinder Kumar Sr. Technical Recruiter E: [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
