Location: CYA GROUP – Dubai Office - CYA Building 3, Dubai Media City, P.O.Box 72627, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: full-time Experience Level: Mid-level Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for digital platforms - Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions - Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of backend systems - Optimize database queries and manage data storage solutions for large-scale content delivery Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in backend development with modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring Boot), Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices architecture, and message queues, Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT), Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies, Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Why Join Us?
