In this role, you will architect and develop intelligent voice and chat solutions, including English–Spanish translation systems, while designing advanced LLM workflows using Prompt Engineering, RAG, and evaluation frameworks. You will work with large-scale IVR datasets using SQL, lead the development of Agentic AI workflows, and establish best practices for LLMOps, including monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Natural Language Processing, hands-on expertise with Large Language Models, and strong collaboration skills to work closely with IVR, Speech Engineering, and Product teams. Experience with Agentic AI, MLOps/LLMOps, and speech technologies such as ASR, NLU, and TTS is highly preferred. This role also involves mentoring junior and offshore team members while driving innovation in Conversational AI.
