We’re hiring a Freelance Social Media Creator (Bilingual English/Spanish a Big Plus!) You love beautiful feeds. You think in carousels. You notice fonts in the wild. You believe good design = good storytelling. We’re looking for a freelance Social Media Creator to help bring our brand to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email. This is for someone who can think strategically and execute beautifully. You are: A design lover who gets way too excited about Canva layouts Someone who can turn a rough idea into a scroll-stopping post Bilingual in Spanish and English (or at least very comfortable in both) Equal parts creative and organized Confident enough to suggest ideas, not just take instructions You can: ✨ Create a monthly content strategy (not just random posts) ✨ Build a thoughtful content calendar ✨ Design clean, on-brand graphics in Canva ✨ Write captions that feel human — not robotic ✨ Schedule and post consistently on Instagram & LinkedIn ✨ Repurpose content into a beautiful monthly Mailchimp newsletter ✨ Keep visuals and messaging cohesive everywhere What You’ll Be Doing Planning and executing monthly content Designing posts (static, carousels, maybe light video if that’s your thing) for LinkedIn + Instagram Posting throughout the month Supporting our monthly email in Mailchimp Sharing simple performance insights so we can keep improving This is freelance, flexible, and remote — but we’re looking for someone who feels like an extension of the team.
