🚀 We are hiring Job Title: Senior Developer – #Blockchain Location: #Chennai 3-6 months #contract, onsite, #KeyResponsibilities • Develop and implement blockchain-based applications for asset tokenization and other bill payment use cases. • Design and deploy smart contracts on platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger or Corda. • Ensure secure and efficient integration of blockchain solutions with existing NBBL systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions. • Implement cryptographic techniques to ensure data integrity and security. • Optimize blockchain performance for scalability and transaction throughput. • Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies and frameworks relevant to Digital Payments ecosystem. • Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment processes to maintain high-quality standards. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security guidelines for blockchain implementations. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proficiency in blockchain development using platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or Corda. • Strong experience in writing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity or similar languages. • Understanding of consensus algorithms, cryptography, and distributed ledger technology. • Experience integrating blockchain solutions with enterprise applications and APIs. • Knowledge of tokenization standards (ERC-20, ERC-721) and digital asset management. • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). • Good understanding of security best practices for blockchain and financial systems. • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams and deliver high-quality code. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Blockchain Technology, or related field. • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in blockchain projects. • Certifications in blockchain platforms or smart contract development are a plus. • Experience in asset tokenization projects or decentralized finance (DeFi) applications. • Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or communities are desirable.
