1. Brand & Marketing Manager (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead brand strategy, positioning, and overall marketing direction
β’ Oversee creative direction across content, campaigns, and activations
β’ Manage digital marketing (social media, website, CRM, campaigns)
β’ Drive launches, campaigns, and community growth
β’ Align marketing with business functions and track performance
Requirements
β’ 5+ years in marketing (branding, campaigns, creative)
β’ Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution
β’ Experience in sports, lifestyle, or hospitality preferred
β’ Strong sense of branding and aesthetics
β’ Good understanding of digital marketing and funnels π
2. Graphic Designer (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design visuals for social media, campaigns, and in-club branding
β’ Ensure consistency with brand identity across all materials
β’ Edit videos and create short-form content (reels, promos)
β’ Support creative execution across marketing needs
Ideal Candidate
β’ 1β3 years of experience in graphic design
β’ Proficient in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
β’ Basic motion graphics / After Effects skills
β’ Strong visual storytelling and design sense π¨
3. Content Creator (Part-Time)
Key Responsibilities
β’ Capture daily activities, matches, and events
β’ Produce photo and video content for social media
β’ Create engaging, trend-driven content ideas
β’ Edit content for publishing
Requirements:
β’ Experience in photography and videography
β’ Skilled in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
β’ Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
β’ Based near Karawaci (preferred) π₯
4. Social Media Manager (Part-Time)
Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage daily posting and content calendars
β’ Develop platform-specific strategies (Instagram, TikTok)
β’ Engage with the community (comments, DMs)
β’ Track performance and optimize content
Requirements
β’ 1β3 years in social media management
β’ Strong understanding of IG & TikTok
β’ Creative and data-driven mindset
β’ Strong communication skills π±
