Overview
The Senior Business Analyst (Project) supports IT initiatives by collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to define, analyze, and validate requirements, ensuring solutions align with CIPOβs strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Stakeholder Engagement
Plan business analysis activities and estimate effort.
Work with stakeholders and service providers to define detailed solution requirements.
Requirements & Analysis
Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and prioritize business and solution requirements (functional and non-functional).
Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across project, program, and delivery artefacts.
Model current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business processes.
Support business cases and options analysis to align projects with enterprise objectives.
Solution Validation & Delivery Support
Assess and validate IT solutions against business needs.
Contribute to user acceptance strategies and testing readiness.
Governance, Risk & Reporting
Identify and manage risks related to business analysis activities.
Produce reports and presentations for senior management.
Provide weekly progress updates on activities, issues, and risks.
Knowledge Transfer & Documentation
Maintain artefacts in centralized repositories.
Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.
