The Chief Information Officer Division (CIOD) is seeking experienced and motivated Senior Business Analysts to support the delivery of complex ICT projects, including initiatives across artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. 🔍 What you’ll be doing: ✔️ Analysing and modelling current & future business processes and information environments ✔️ Working closely with stakeholders to understand user journeys, data flows, and business needs ✔️ Translating business requirements into clear functional and technical solutions ✔️ Developing high-quality artefacts: BRDs, business cases, user stories, process maps, and service design documentation ✔️ Supporting solution evaluation with a strategic, whole-of-government perspective ✔️ Contributing in Agile environments across complex digital and web-based systems 🌟 Who should apply: Senior Business Analysts with strong stakeholder engagement skills, strategic thinking, and experience delivering outcomes in complex government or enterprise environments. 📩 Interested or know someone suitable?
