Core Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements
• Translate functional requirements into detailed Agile user stories and acceptance criteria
• Perform business analysis and QA activities for enterprise licensing systems
• Conduct manual testing, validate functionality, and ensure compliance with business requirements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Refinement Sessions, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Analyze policies, procedures, and workflows to determine impacts on automated systems
• Troubleshoot application issues and recommend effective business and technical solutions
• Review and provide feedback on project artifacts including charters, test plans, design documents, and risk assessment plans
• Coordinate activities with vendors, contractors, and internal technical teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and business automation initiatives
• Develop user training materials and conduct formal training sessions for end users
• Support change requests, deployment activities, scope management, and implementation efforts
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, business users, and project leadership teams
Required Experience & Skills:
• 8+ years of experience providing advanced Quality Assurance consultation and oversight for enterprise projects
• 3+ years of experience working within Agile environments including user story creation and Agile ceremonies
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile/project management tools
• 3+ years of senior-level Business Analysis experience with strong independent decision-making capabilities
• Experience analyzing business policies and operational procedures impacting enterprise systems
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and contractors on project execution and support activities
• Experience identifying process automation opportunities and supporting system enhancement initiatives
• Strong troubleshooting and application analysis experience
• Experience reviewing project deliverables including test plans, risk assessments, and technical documentation
• Experience developing test cases, managing change requests, and conducting system training sessions
