🚀 We’re Hiring | Business Analyst 📌 Role: Business Analyst 📍 Location: Austin, TX 78701 (Onsite) ⏳ Duration: 3 Months Contract We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in business analysis, quality assurance, Agile methodologies, and process improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document user requirements, business processes, and system needs • Translate business requirements into user stories and functional documentation • Perform QA validation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements • Develop training materials and assist in conducting training sessions • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements • Assist with project deliverables including project charters, test plans, and risk assessments • Troubleshoot application and system issues and recommend solutions • Work closely with end users to gather requirements and validate solutions • Develop and review test cases, process change requests, and support deployment activities • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to support project success 🔹 Required Skills & Experience: ✔ 8 years of experience providing complex quality assurance consultation for projects, assignments, or special initiatives ✔ 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies, user story creation, Agile ceremonies, refinement, and sprint planning ✔ 3 years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools ✔ 3 years of experience performing highly complex business analysis work with limited supervision ✔ 3 years of experience analyzing program policies and procedures and their impact on automated systems ✔ 3 years of experience coordinating with vendors and contractors to complete projects and service requests ✔ 3 years of experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation initiatives ✔ 3 years of experience troubleshooting applications, analyzing issues, and implementing solutions ✔ 3 years of experience reviewing project deliverables including charters, design documents, test plans, and risk assessments ✔ 3 years of experience developing training curricula and conducting formal training sessions ✔ Experience creating and reviewing test cases and processing change requests ✔ 4–7 years of previous experience working with TDA systems 💡 Ideal candidates will have strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in Agile environments. 📩 Send your resumes to: 👉 [Upgrade to PRO to see contact] #Hiring #HiringNow #BusinessAnalyst #Agile #AzureDevOps #Jira #QualityAssurance #BusinessAnalysis #TechJobs #AustinJobs #OnsiteJobs #ContractJobs #ITJobs #CareerOpportunity #OpenToWork
