🔹 What You’ll Do
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs
Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with developers, product teams, and subject matter experts
(For Salesforce BA candidates) Lead and support Salesforce-related projects, enhancements, and system improvements
🔹 What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and UAT
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
For Salesforce BA applicants: Hands‑on experience in Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or others)
Background in Agile delivery
