Business Analyst

We’re hiring. Avanade USA is recruiting entry‑level Business Analysts to join our Business Applications (ERP) Practice, based from our Carmel, Indiana hub, just outside Indianapolis. These are full‑time, permanent roles with excellent long‑term career prospects for individuals who are keen to build a career in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and enjoy working at the intersection of people, process and technology. Because these are early‑career roles, we place a huge emphasis on learning by osmosis: working closely with experienced consultants, hearing real client conversations, and absorbing how strong delivery happens day‑to‑day; alongside a structured programme of formal training and development. For that reason, these positions are office‑based for a minimum of three to four days per week. This is not a purely technical role. We are particularly interested in people who bring: -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Intellectual curiosity and a genuine desire to learn -Confidence engaging with stakeholders -A clear interest in developing a long‑term career within ERP and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem You might be a recent graduate or at the early stages of your professional journey, and motivated by the idea of learning in a collaborative, high‑trust consulting environment.
