Exciting Opportunity – Business Analyst III | Chicago, IL (Hybrid) 🚀 Hiring for a Business Analyst III role with strong Product/Business Analysis experience for a leading client in the airline digital innovation space. 📍 Location: Chicago (Hybrid – Tue/Wed/Thu Onsite) 📅 Duration: 04/24/2026 – 12/31/2026 🕒 Schedule: 40 Hours/Week 🎥 Interview Process: 1–2 Rounds (MS Teams + Final Round if needed) 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Create scope, high-level requirements, and detailed user stories for Dev & QA teams • Manage and groom backlog for sprint readiness and value delivery • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including inceptions, kickoffs, and estimations • Collaborate with UX, Developers, and QA for design and technical alignment • Analyze product data and present strategic insights to leadership • Define acceptance criteria and identify process improvements 🔹 Top 3 Required Skills: ✔ User Story Creation & Backlog Management (3+ years) ✔ Stakeholder Management & Requirements Gathering (3+ years) ✔ Agile/Scrum Framework Experience (1–2 years) 🔹 Preferred Skills: ✔ Digital / Ecommerce Experience (Mobile or .com) ✔ Airline Domain Knowledge ✔ Data Analysis & Strategic Presentations ✔ Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills We are looking for someone who can uncover the “why” behind business needs, drive collaboration across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.
