🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst / Data Analyst 📍 Location: Austin, TX Hybrid 2 days United States (State/Federal Projects) No relocation 🕒 Experience: 10+ Years with 2+ Years Recent Texas State/Federal Experience Required We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Data Analysis skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, and working closely with IT and business stakeholders on complex technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions aligned with organizational strategy. Lead business process reengineering initiatives and identify technology opportunities to improve operations. Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses including cost/benefit, ROI, and buy vs build evaluations. Write detailed business and functional requirements for development teams. Serve as a liaison between Business stakeholders and IT teams (Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Support, etc.). Analyze raw data and business processes to generate actionable insights. Participate in software development lifecycle activities, including reviews, testing support, and UAT coordination.
