We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile Government Digital Transformation Programme based in Dublin 2. This is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful, large-scale transformation initiatives shaping public-sector digital services.
📍 Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid Model)
📅 Start Date: 1st July 2026
📄 Contract: 12 Months (Strong Extension Potential)
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Gather, analyse, validate, and document business / technical requirements
✔ Run stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement meetings
✔ Create process maps and drive business improvement initiatives
✔ Support software enhancements, APIs, integrations & transformation projects
✔ Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
✔ Support full SDLC lifecycle – Testing, UAT, Go-Live & Hypercare
✔ Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, BRDs, FRDs & project documentation
✔ Develop training guides, user manuals & support documentation
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, Devs, QA & Vendors
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
✅ Strong experience delivering complex IT projects/programmes
✅ Excellent knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum & Sprint delivery models
✅ Hands-on experience with APIs, Microservices & System Integrations
✅ Strong UAT, RTM & Requirements Traceability experience
✅ Excellent communication & senior stakeholder management skills
✅ Understanding of Information Security, GDPR & Data Protection
✅ Degree in Business / IT / Information Systems or related discipline
