The successful candidate will act as the crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are understood, documented, and effectively translated into solutions. This role involves analysing processes, gathering requirements, and supporting change initiatives aimed at improving business performance and customer outcomes. The Business Analyst will engage with various stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions. Additionally, this position will require the documentation of functional and non-functional requirements and an analysis of workflows and system behaviour. Furthermore, the successful candidate will participate in process mapping and assist in validating solution designs alongside third-party stakeholders.
