Today's Requirement Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Experience Required: 12+ Years Visa Accepted: H1B Contract Type: W2 only Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution delivery. Key Responsibilities * Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs. * Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations, Finance) to design scalable solutions. * Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new initiatives. * Develop business cases, process flows, and documentation to support decision-making. * Ensure alignment of solutions with organizational goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices. * Act as a mentor to junior analysts, providing guidance on methodologies and stakeholder engagement. * Partner with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables. * Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against business requirements. * Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation. Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. * 12+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale enterprise environments. * Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management. * Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and BPMN modeling. * Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. * Experience in domains such as Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Healthcare, or IT Services (depending on industry). Preferred Skills * Exposure to data analytics, BI tools, and reporting frameworks. * Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and enterprise architecture. * Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile methodologies. * Experience in digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven initiatives.
