Business Analyst

YOUR MISSION Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements related to lending processes. Oversee and maintain requirements across both project delivery and ongoing application support. Facilitate and lead workshops with a wide range of stakeholders, including operations, compliance, risk, and legal teams. Design and conceptualise solutions using industry modelling standards such as BPMN (process workflows) and UML (data models and system interactions). Collaborate closely with development and architecture teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation of requirements. Leverage SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis to support decision-making. YOUR SKILLS At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking or financial services. Proven track record working on financial systems or applications. Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and lifecycle processes. Ability to work independently and manage complex deliverables effectively. Experience leading cross-functional workshops with senior stakeholders. Solid technical background, with confidence in engaging in detailed technical discussions. Technical expertise: BPMN for business process modelling UML, particularly for data modelling and system design SQL for data querying and validation Nice to have: Experience with Power BI or a similar reporting/visualisation tool If you open, please share with me your CV and let me know when would be the best time for us to talk?
