Role Name: Business Analyst Location: New York,NY JD Serve as a critical team member in a long-term strategic initiative, supporting a major financial institution’s co-branded credit card program. Act as the central liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution. Own the creation and accuracy of technical documentation that informs the work of all downstream teams involved in campaign execution. Influence strategic outcomes by ensuring campaigns are built and launched based on accurate, complete, and approved specifications. Maintain a high level of autonomy and accountability for deliverables that directly impact client satisfaction, customer response, and campaign performance. Engage directly with client stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language. Ensure quality and compliance through rigorous testing, documentation, and audit planning. Possess strong technical proficiency in data analysis, marketing automation platforms (especially SFClient), and dynamic content logic. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting. Demonstrate professional experience in business systems analysis within a data-driven marketing or technology environment. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Has extensive experience in business Analysis, enterprise process mapping and documentation, as well as client and stakeholder management. Is proficient in Business knowledge, Credit Card Marketing and Banking Analysis and Strategy, Change Management. Is proficient in business knowledge of financial products and services; ability to translate financial concepts into actionable business insights.
