Senior Business Analyst – Province of Newfoundland & Labrador (Contract) Location: Hybrid – Newfoundland (2–3 days onsite, more early in engagement) Duration: April 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026 (potential extension) Are you a Senior Business Analyst ready to contribute to large-scale government modernization projects? This contract opportunity focuses on transforming systems, improving business processes, and supporting impactful initiatives within the NL OCIO. What You’ll Do: Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and validation Facilitate stakeholder communication and workshops Drive business process transformation and change management Develop and execute testing strategies, plans, and test cases Support UAT and ensure quality delivery of solutions Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps for requirements and testing tracking What We’re Looking For: 7+ years of total Business Analysis experience, including 3–6 years on complex, large-scale modernization projects Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement Experience with testing strategy, planning, and execution Government or public sector experience preferred Experience with Mainframe systems or Apprenticeship program domain is a plus Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Axure is an asset Why This Role is Exciting: Backfill role with a strong likelihood of extension for high performers Opportunity to work on transformational government initiatives Contribute to impactful modernization projects that improve public services Apply Today: Send your resume to [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
