🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare) 📍 Location: Hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA – onsite 2–3 days/week) ⏳ Duration: 6-month Contract-to-Hire 💼 Conversion Salary: $67K – $100K ➡️ Only US Citizen 🔍 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact CMS ONC Interoperability initiative. This role is ideal for a BA with strong healthcare data, ELT, and FHIR/HL7 expertise who enjoys working closely with customers and cross-functional technical teams. You’ll play a key role in managing data pipelines, supporting interoperability standards, and ensuring accurate data exchange across systems. 🛠 Key Responsibilities 🔺 Manage and support ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) jobs to ensure data integrity 🔺Support implementation and maintenance of the SmileCDR platform 🔺Work extensively with FHIR HL7 standards and data mapping 🔺Engage with customers to gather requirements and translate needs into solutions 🔺Perform data mapping, transformation, testing, and validation 🔺Create clear documentation for processes, workflows, and integrations 🔺Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams ✅ Required Qualifications 🔻 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare or data interoperability 🔻Strong knowledge of ELT processes, FHIR HL7, and healthcare data standards 🔻Experience supporting CMS / ONC interoperability initiatives 🔻Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills 🔻Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred) ⭐ Preferred Skills 🔼 Experience with SmileCDR or similar interoperability tools 🔼Certifications in Business Analysis, Data Management, or Healthcare Interoperability 🔼Familiarity with CMS ONC regulations and compliance requirements 🌟 Why Apply?
