Our client is seeking a Business Analyst / Junior Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and delivery of employee collaboration and productivity tools across business units. Focus areas include meeting experience, file sharing, chat, content collaboration, work management, and AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for collaboration and productivity tools. Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery and requirements through design, development, and launch. Evaluate tool portfolios to identify consolidation opportunities and improve employee experience. Partner with internal teams, vendors, engineering, and UX to align product capabilities with business priorities. Use data, metrics, and employee feedback to measure impact and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Management, leading products from concept to launch. 5+ years of cross-functional experience working with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
